Cross County Community School District

As the wrestling season kicks off this year, we see the girls hit the mats alongside the boys. This will be the first year for Cross County/Osceola to have a girls wrestling team. Joining the team for the seniors is our new rising star, accompanying the girls side this year, Emaree Dickey. Head coach for the girls wrestling team is coach Mr. Bob Orsborn. Coach O has many years of wrestling coaching under his belt. The head coach for the boys will be Mr. Kaup. Training has begun for these athletes and we can’t wait to see the hard work and dedication they bring to the table. We are all ready to see where the road takes them this year. The first wrestling meet for girls will be December 11th in Aurora, and boys on December 5th in Lakeview.
