Congratulations to the Cross County girls basketball team for winning back-to-back Championships in the CRC! In the quarterfinals CC defeated Nebraska Lutheran 55-39. In a thrilling semifinal revenge game against McCool Junction, the girls won 56-42! In the championship game Eden Peterson got the and-1 to fall with less than 5 second left to defeat Osceola 42-40. There was never more than a 4-point difference in the fast paced game. "Winning is hard, but the hard is what makes it all worth it," Coach Boshart said. Following this tourney, congratulations to Eden Peterson and Adrienne Waller on being named to the CRC All Team Tournament.
The girls will play Nebraska Lutheran at home on February 3rd.
